The World Jewelry Center project will be part of a new master planned community known as Union Park (www.unionparkvegas.com), a 61-acre property located in Las Vegas. Union Park will be a new urban center in which to live, work, and entertain comprising some of Las Vegas’ largest economic, cultural and civic projects including the Frank Gehry–designed Lou Ruvo Brain Institute, the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, and an expansive public plaza and park. Bordered by existing, thriving businesses, including the Clark County Government Center and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, one of the highest performing outlet malls in the country, Union Park is slated to be the "new core of Las Vegas."
